Return Policy

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. In the event that the item you receive has a defect (hole, mark, etc.) we will replace the unworn/unwashed item.

We must be notified via email info@hoodshirtlady.com within 7 days of receiving your item for all exchanges. You will receive further information to complete your exchange.
